Refund Policy - the basics
All custom rod orders are final. If you happen to order a custom rod and parts are ordered but the build has not started, you may cancel the build and receive a 50% refund. Once the custom rod build has started, no refunds are available.Â
Return Policy
30‑day return policy
You many return a non-custom, non-personalized rod within 30 days of delivery if it’s unused, in original packaging, and with any tags. You must request the return first; sending it back without approval will not be accepted. Shipping expenses and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser/owner. Â

Non‑returnable items:
Custom or personalized rods (special orders, personalized wraps, etc.) are not returnable.

Damaged or defective rods may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Brian's Custom Rodworx (Please see Terms and Conditions)
