Order Process: Quote provided, full payment is required up front. Once Payment is received parts will be ordered and rod build will be started.
Build Times: Build times will vary by based on if materials are in stock or have to be ordered; manufacturing delays are outside of my control and may result in an extended delay. Typically, if all parts are in stock the turnaround time will be 4–6 weeks for custom rods; minor repairs 5–15 days; extensive work longer.
Sales Final: No refunds after components ordered or fabrication started.
Oversized Classification: Fishing rods can be oversized items which may add to shipping charges.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be based on the exact shipping charges plus shipping materials and handling fees. I will do my best to provide the lowest price shipping fees possible. Shipping charges will be included in the quote provide before the build begins.
Tracking: Provided after shipment; times are estimates and subject to carrier delays.
Returns: 7-day window for unused, original packaging items
Warranties: 1 year for manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover commercial use, misuse, abuse, excessive wear, accidental or intended damage, due to dogs, cats, racoons or other animals or mammals, small, medium, or large humans (including family/non-family members, strangers, acquaintances, ex's, amateur or pro-sportsmen or non-sportsmen); breakage due to tailgates, door jams, docks, boats, boat floors, boat sides, rod racks, boat bottoms, boat compartments, gunwales, motors (internal combustion engine, electric, wind, or solar powered), fans, or any other animate or inanimate objects; high sticking, hitting, smacking, fighting or jousting with any kind of human, bird, animal, mammal, vertebrate or invertebrate (even in self-defense), used as an oar, anchor, push pole, or any other use the fishing rod was not designed or intended for.
